Becoming a TwinWin member is easy. Simply download the free TwinWin app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, register an account, and start exploring the amazing deals available in Damascus.

Currently, TwinWin offers vouchers for businesses located in Damascus. We are continually expanding our partnerships to include more venues and areas in the future.
The TwinWin app is available in both English and Arabic. To change the language, go to the ‘Profile’ icon, select the ‘Settings’ icon, and choose ‘Language’ to switch your preference.
TwinWin vouchers are generally valid for one year from the date of purchase. They can be used seven days a week, with some exclusion dates such as public holidays. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of each voucher for exact validity periods.
Redeeming a TwinWin offer is simple:
1. Browse and find the offer you want to redeem.
2. Notify the merchant that you want to use a TwinWin voucher when you request the bill.
3. Tap on the offer in the app.
4. Ask the merchant to enter their PIN.
5. Your bill will be adjusted, and the free item(s) will be removed.
6. Enjoy your savings!
The use of all TwinWin vouchers is subject to our Rules of Use. These rules include:
– Each voucher can be used once.
– Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers.
– Some vouchers may have specific exclusion dates or conditions.
TwinWin offers are generally valid throughout the year, but there are some exclusion days, including major public holidays and special events. Please check the specific terms and conditions of each voucher for exact exclusion dates.
Typically, one B1G1 voucher can be used by two people, with a maximum of four vouchers per visit for a group of eight or more people. However, specific rules may apply to different types of offers.
Redemptions can be canceled before the merchant enters their 4-digit PIN. Once the PIN is entered, the redemption cannot be reversed or canceled.

Yes, you can share your TwinWin account with up to three friends or family members. Here’s how it works:
– Prime Members: The person who purchases a TwinWin product.
– Secondary Members: Friends or family members who get exclusive access to offers.

You can delete your data if you have created an account, by going to the mobile app and following these steps:
1- Go to profile tab.
2- Click on settings gear on the tope right.
3- scroll until you see “Delete Account”.
4- click and follow the flow there.
